Waiting

While waiting for the Engine Co. to come back, Ron suggested a calf workout.  Taking a 45 pound dumb bell, I did 20 calf raises on each step from the basement up to the landing.  Ten steps in all.  By the time I got to the top, my calf's were spent.  Working with guys that actually workout might do me some good.  I'm somewhat excited to get back to start working out there.

Hopeful

Ok, so starting another blog.  This time, one referring to workouts.  I'm hopeful that I can start doing something everyday.  Wait and see I guess.
