Waiting

While waiting for the Engine Co. to come back, Ron suggested a calf workout.  Taking a 45 pound dumb bell, I did 20 calf raises on each step from the basement up to the landing.  Ten steps in all.  By the time I got to the top, my calf's were spent.  Working with guys that actually workout might do me some good.  I'm somewhat excited to get back to start working out there.
