Mini Marathon

Did nothing Saturday...wife had her half-marathon.  Then on Sunday, ran around a little bit, then watched football the rest of the day.  Back at it this morning at Blast!  Was a decent day.  Time restraints didn't allow me to do any plyometrics.  Otherwise, got quite a bit done.

Where U Been?

Back at Blast!

Felt like shit the other day at work.  Lethargic with little desire.  Busy day all around at 5's, but quieted down eventually.  Was able to watch Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close without interruptions.  Was a good reminder.
