Mini Marathon

Did nothing Saturday...wife had her half-marathon.  Then on Sunday, ran around a little bit, then watched football the rest of the day.  Back at it this morning at Blast!  Was a decent day.  Time restraints didn't allow me to do any plyometrics.  Otherwise, got quite a bit done.
