Ouch

Twice in the last four days is pretty good considering I haven't been there since early October.  Considering doing the 100 pushups a day for the month of December.  Should be interesting to see and feel the results, that's if I keep up with it.  Plus, since things are starting to settle down, possibly hit up Rays MTB Park up on the north side once a week as well.

Busy morning, so wife dragged my lazy ass to Blast!  Not gonna lie, I felt some aches and pains later in the day.

Back at the firehouse tomorrow with hopes of getting something done.  A little jog in the am too?  We shall see.
