Busy Morning

From doctors appointments to a workout at the gym to getting trades at the firehouse, the morning was booked.  After leaving 23's, the kids and I headed to the golden arches to grab some food for lunch.  Damn it tasted good.  But once I was finished, I was disappointed a bit just because I put together a pretty good workout at Blast!

Possibility of running or riding some this evening looks promising...to be determined
