Another day in the books. Been pounding the water too. Got this "hydroflask" that holds 64 oz. Staying hydrated. Especially since in a couple days, highs could reach triple digits. I also keep thinking about getting on the bike. Any other them. Tour de France starts this weekend. Just another motivator for me. Off to Blast! in the morning.
