Sammy's

Met up with the boys for lunch at Sammy's.  Been a while since we've eaten there.  Prior to, hit up a good session of weight training at Blast!

Plyometrics (all 30 sec reps)
- box march

30.09 minutes, 33.32 total time with cooldown to mailbox

Not really surprised that lap time was a little slower than past due to evening at the State Fair the night before.  Didn't eat too well.  Saz's, cream puff and some fudge done me in.  Also, felt some pain in lower left leg, near shins.  Second lap felt better, first lap done in 16.14 so I knew that getting under 30 minutes was going to be tough.  Close though. 

Another weight training session at 23's as well.
